Refund and exchange policy
All online order exchanges will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, and has all its original tags attached to the original packaging. Return requests must be received by us within 24 hours of arrival. Return goods have to be undamaged and in the same condition as the customer received them. For your protection, please send your return items in their original packaging with sufficient padding. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive at us damaged, and will not credit you for these items.
How to return your order
In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page, we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item for an exchange.
Exchanges
In the event of items being exchanged, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping, and full shipping of the exchanged item back to them.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your items are protected and shipped with the highest quality courier services. We experience very few problems with
delivery given the attention to protective packaging and our choice of courier. You can feel confident your pieces will arrive in beautiful condition. If not please contact us immediately. In the event that your order has arrived defected or damaged, please contact us to discuss how best to return the item(s) so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace the defective item(s).
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return or exchange that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.
All items are non-refundable.
